Golden Rules of Brewing

1. Keep It Fresh
Use freshly roasted beans and grind them just before brewing for the best flavor.

2. Control the Heat
Brew with water between 195º–205ºF (90–96ºC)—hot enough for proper extraction, but not boiling.

3. Find the Right Ratio
Aim for 1 part coffee to 15–18 parts water. Start in the middle of this range, then adjust to suit your taste.

4. Store It Right
Keep whole beans in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture, to preserve freshness.
